Criteria for Syndrome of Inappropriate Antidiuretic Hormone Secretion (SIADH)

  • Hypotonic hyponatremia

  • Urine osmolality >100 mOsm per kg (100 mmol per kg)

  • Absence of extracellular volume depletion

  • Normal thyroid and adrenal function

  • Normal cardiac, hepatic and renal function
